My dinner d'light
Tonight Brendon made pasta for dinner, so I did too.. Just a little bit differently (e.g no bacon or cream)
I had Buckwheat pasta which I boiled, then drained. Then I cooked some chopped mushrooms in the saucepan with some Olive oil. There I added the pasta, chopped cherry tomatoes, champignons, mixed brans and Toffuti Cream cheese. Once it was all mixed through I topped it with my favourtie AVOCADO!


I forgot to mention... It tasted GREAT! wow Veganism has given me a better appreciation for good food!
