Eating my greens!
So with all the yummy (vegan) sweets I've been eating lately I have inevitably gained a little weight.. So for the next few days my diet will mainly consist of greens.
Today I made a green salad made up of; lettuce, cucumber, zucchini, avocado, mushrooms and green capsicum.
All cooked on the pan in Flaxseed oil.
It's quite delicious to be honest!
