Some superfoods..
Açaí berries come from the Amazon and have recently gained a lot of popularity. They have tons of antioxidants, monounsaturated fats that help lower cholesterol and improve digestion, and are a complete protein because they have all the amino acids. Açaí is also a great anti-inflammatory agent. 
Wheat germ has great protein, fiber, folate, and vitamin E, and is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. It helps reduce cholesterol levels with its phytosterols.



  • Wheat germ has more nutrients per ounce than any other vegetable or grain.


  • Wheat germ is an outstanding source of folic acid.


  • You will get an amazing fiber boost from eating wheat germ.


  • Wheat germ contains about 28 percent protein. This is more protein than in most meats and meat products. Our bodies need protein in order for nutrients and minerals to reach our cells. Protein is also essential for repairing tissue damage.

I tried adding some Wheat Germ to my oats (Oats are high in fiber and protein, as well as many phytonutrients.) with Soy Milk (Soy is high in polyunsaturated fat, which lowers cholesterol, and helps make your heart healthy) and Stevia... But it wasn't the most delicious.. perhaps with some honey (since i'm a beegan).
